I enclose a deed to the Garrett farm, also trust deed covering the same
description and note for $5,000 which is secured by said trust deed.

Will you please hand the trust deed and not together with the draft for
$2,925 which I sent you some time ago, to Dr. Van F. Garrett when he executes
and delivers to you the enclosed deed of the Garrett farm.

Please have the deed placed at once on record and ask Mr. Geddy to send
it to me together with his bill for fees, etc.

Please send me your bill for any charges in connection with this and I
will send check for same.
